Film –> Analysis –> Tailored Training Development Program
Goal:Building actionable improvement through an accountable process
At Blackwell Basketball we interconnect film, one-on-one discussions and defined tailored training thus providing learning opportunities which help players improve their decision-making skills, not just their technical skills.
Too often a player assumes they know what is happening.By clearly defining something and holding yourself accountable you learn a much greater depth about the game and yourself.
There is something about counting or charting that brings out things you never saw before.
Four-part Approach to Improvement
1. Video Footage (Game and/or Training session)
Professional Trainer breaks down the game footage and prepares discussion points on the players individual performance and game situation decisions.
Film analysis coupled with training, helps players understand their gameplay and become more effective without a complete overhaul of their mechanics.
If a player is not held accountable to understand how to play, it is impossible for a player to achieve maximum success. Blackwell Basketball simplifies the game for their players and works with them on how to be effective and efficient in the situations that they will be put in the most.
